Engineering Sessions was initially conceived, in mid-2004, out of a need for a company
to develop its design capabilities and to begin to simulate fluid flow
through their valves. The company was created to purchase
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
software and provide design and analysis services. The structure
and the skills of the Sessions brothers has lent itself to increased
operational scope that includes offering other engineering
services to companies both in- and outside of
South Africa.
The company officially came into being on the 1st March 2005. There are two branches, one located in
Johannesburg and the other in
Cape Town.
Engineering Sessions is currently gearing itself up to run very large scale and detailed thermal analyses - see
